I joined Equilibrium in 2015 as a Client Manager and quickly recognised that the power of financial advice goes far beyond just investments or tax.

Whilst I was happy to pass exams and achieve Chartered status, this was a false summit on the path to being a great adviser. It gave me the “how” but not the “why”.

Since becoming a Financial Planner in 2017, I have committed to Equilibrium’s shared purpose of “making people’s lives better”. I am passionate about providing clients with clarity and confidence around estate planning and helping them make better decisions for themselves and their families.

In my spare time, I always want to get out into nature walking with my wife and dog.

“Ben took time at the start of the annual meeting to really drill down to what we wanted to achieve in early retirement. He gives realistic synopses without over-selling what potential benefits might be. This gives us great confidence in managing our financial future.” – Simon Poucher
