Over 20 years ago, I started out as a Chartered Accountant working with owner-managed businesses. That training has given me a thorough grounding in all aspects of finance. I love the excitement and opportunities that come from working in a fast-paced business. More recently in my career, I have specialised in working with private equity and grown two businesses by over 150% during my tenure.

I was really excited to join Equilibrium as Chief Financial Officer. The culture here is amazing – something that Colin has embedded throughout the business – and results in a hugely engaged workforce and great outcomes for clients. We are on a mission to expand this great business across the country and to enable more clients to benefit from the advice that Equilibrium has to offer.

In addition to my professional experience, I am passionate about fostering strong teams and encouraging innovation in the workplace. I believe in open communication, continuous learning, and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential. My focus is not only on driving growth but also on building a sustainable and resilient business for the long term.

Outside of work, I live in Hampshire with my wife and two daughters. As an active relaxer, I enjoy outdoor activities, swimming, and quality time with my family.
