Before joining Equilibrium, I had known Colin for several years, and his enthusiasm and passion for the firm won me over.
At Equilibrium, I love the variety of the areas I’m involved in, the constant learning (every day is a school day), and helping people, whether that be the team or clients.
I’ve been here for so long and seen (and hopefully helped!) the business grow from 8 people to 80+ – I can’t imagine going on that journey with another firm.
The people I work with, how the business has evolved, and how everyone works together in line with our purpose make it a great place to be. There’s also a lot of laughter and a lot of fun!
Outside of work, I have a 12-year-old son, five chickens, four alpacas and a dog – plenty to keep me busy. Other than that, I like travelling, skiing, reading and food – I watch a lot of cooking programmes!
