I joined Equilibrium 14 years ago because I liked Colin, Andy and Debbie and believed I could work well with them. It was also a smaller firm than where I worked previously and nimbler.
I am motivated by helping clients reach their goals. For me, there is nothing better than a meeting where I can show clients that their future is brighter than they thought and that they can help out their wider family if they wish to do so.
I love the company and the people that I work with, plus being an equity partner means that I share in that success.
Outside of work, I am never still, whether that be meeting with friends and exploring the world or spending time with my amazing parents and daughters.
