Representing others is what I love to do.   At the start of my career, that meant standing at a fax machine (remember those?) to issue press releases. Today, the channels available to us are far more exciting both online and offline. But the principle remains the same. Marketeers must reach and engage their target audience through powerful story-telling and relationship building. And there is still nothing quite like being in the same room as others and meeting them face to face, is there?

I joined Equilibrium because it had the three dream ingredients for any marketeer; a genuine dedication to serving clients, a leadership team which chooses to prioritise people and culture and a purpose that is held at the core of the business and is central to its story.

Quite simply the role of the marketing team here at Equilibrium is to ‘Make The Lives of More People Better’. To me, that alone is a compelling reason to come to work.

Outside of work, I’m most happy being a mum and being with my family and friends. I love nature and if I could choose anywhere to be on a Saturday morning it would be swimming in a lake or walking in the hills.

There’s also little that can beat sitting with a coffee in a European city doing some people watching. I’m an accredited leadership coach and a proud Mancunian.
