I joined Equilibrium over 8 years ago as a self-employed consultant to work on both recruitment and general projects. I love it here so much and jumped at the chance of a permanent role when it was offered to me.
Now, I’m involved in all things people and culture and love the variety my role brings to me. No two days are the same, and the whole team are brilliant.
I’m proud of the culture at Equilibrium, but it’s a team effort and not just dictated by one person or the SLT.
I have two children, Maggie, and Jack, who keep me busy. I love lazy walks along the canal followed by a nice country pub. I enjoy playing the piano and violin, listening to music whilst dancing around my kitchen drinking a glass of Sauvignon after a great but generally busy week at work is probably my perfect Friday night! I know, I’m old!
I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else and I’m extremely proud of the small part I play.
