We’ve been named as one of the best companies to work for in the country for the third year in a row… not that we’re counting
We’ve won AGAIN.
The Sunday Times Top 100 best small companies to work for have once again named Equilibrium as one of the top ten employers in the country (for the third year in a row, not that we’re counting…). In addition to coming 8th, we also won the innovation in engagement award for the second year running!
The award is extremely important to our company as we know having employees who feel happy, motivated and challenged is critical to any brilliant business. We spend a great deal of time and effort on making sure that Equilibrium is a fantastic place to work, whether that’s by paying for employee exams, offering 33 – 38 days holidays or simply ordering 80 pizzas on national pizza day.
Life should be enjoyed – we know that, that’s why it’s one of our four key beliefs. But satisfied employees really do create a better business too. Clients wouldn’t be happy answering the phone to a grumpy voice, nor would they feel confident in our services.
Employers shouldn’t be worried about investing in employees only for them to leave at a later date, the real concern is having a team who have not be trained to the highest possible standard. The more you invest in your team’s development, the wider and more advanced their skillset will become and the better your company will perform. A happy and well-trained team is the key to client satisfaction.
Being one of the best places to work in the country is indicative of being one of the best businesses in the country. So, to summarize… we’re thrilled!
